The transition towards sustainable development has become a global pressing priority due to the high demand for energy, materials, and natural resources associated with population and industrial activities. This is inevitable with environmental challenges such as climate change, resource depletion, pollution, and energy insecurity posing significant threats to human societies and ecosystems. In addressing these concerns, this conference provides actionable insights into chemical engineering and technological advancements to inspire collective efforts toward a sustainable, equitable, and environmentally responsible world. It provides a platform for academic researchers, industrial experts, and policymakers to exchange knowledge and make progress in the fields of green energy, chemical engineering, and environmental sustainability. The conference keynote addresses, thematic sessions, and discussions will align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG9 (industry, innovation, and infrastructure), and SDG 13 (Climate Action). This will provide attendees with networking opportunities and inspire transformative solutions on climate change, energy carbon emissions, water scarcity, and waste management with a deeper understanding of cutting-edge technologies and foster collaboration innovations towards sustainable engineering, energy, and environmental management
This conference provides opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and application experiences face to face, to establish business or research relations and to find global partners for future collaboration. The conference is sponsored by Universal Researchers (UAE) and being organized in association with Green Engineering Research Group (GERG),  Department of Chemical Engineering, Durban University of Technology, Durban, South Africa. All the submitted conference papers will be peer reviewed by the program/technical committees of the Conference. All accepted papers of the conference will be published in the printed conference proceedings with valid International ISBN number that will be registered at: Portugal, EU.

All extended papers can be published in the African Journal of Green Engineering and Energy Research (https://ojs.sabinet.co.za/index.php/ajgeer)

- One Best Session Paper will be selected from each oral session. The Certificate for Session Best Papers will be awarded after each session of the conference
